I'd like to appeal a ban for Blue_Wolf

I'm MatuDuke, former leader of Clan PESTO and current server admin. of Argentinians ET server.

One of my team-mates, Blue_Wolf, was banned on www.punksbusted.com and I'd like to appeal this ban.

He doesn't speak english at all, thus I'm doing this for him.

His ban (link) was on a file from another server, called "snow.pk3". It isn't a cheat at all. It is a campaign file.

If you want, I can send you the file to check it out.

He is not a cheater, I can put my hands on the fire for it.

I dont know where to appeal that kind of ban, try to read forum from punkbusted if you dont find the place to appeal, you might need to wait a bit longer when our pbbans admin shows here and try to help you.

when I first saw that ban, I told Blazer that I bet it's a bad bust. The chances of a server admin making a campaign file with that name or a custom map having that name, are too high to assume that it's whatever hack they thought it was.

That being said, you could make a campaign and name it snow.pk3 even if he was really hacking.... So there's really no point in submitting what he got busted with. I believe you though, and even if I didn't, "snow.pk3" is not enough evidence.

I still think you should appeal to PsB though, if they reject you, I'll have a talk with someone about it for you.

well its really hard to believe that's just a campaign file recognized as a suspicious file by PsB. if that's the truth too many people could be banned for the same reason as blue_wolf.. anyways ive reviewed the pk3 that mule sent to me seems like a simple campaign tell him to appeal the ban @ Punkbusted forums

haha snow.pk3 what noobs noob dont rename a campaign.pk3 to snow.pk3 and send it to them... well they might believe it go for the gold.
