The Logitech MX518 is my current mouse, it's not the best but it's good for gaming. It tends to be pretty steady and reliable for me. Although those 2 buttons on the top and bottom of the mouse 3 button are sensitivity keys, so if your finger slips your sensitivity either drops or skyrockets, which can get you killed sometimes in-game, because in a firefight It'd throw your aim off pretty bad.

Deathadder if you cant afford the lachesis, the lachesis is the best. And yes i tried every single razer. So i know hich is the best razer.

This is more a personal preference, some people would like the feel of mx518 or any of the razer mice. Some people have bigger hands, some have smaller, some uses their fingers to move the mouse, some uses their palm. My point is, your experience with a mouse will be different. I have the MX518 and my hand is small, and I use my palm to move the mouse and I don't even press (by accident) the two buttons to change sensitivity so it works for me.
My brother likes the Razer Deathadder and didn't like the feel of my MX518. I think you should go out to a computer store and get a feel of any of the razer mice first before buying or just call up Logitech (if you still like the MX518) to get a replacement. Their Customer Support is top notch and they will either help you get your problem resolved or even send you a new mouse.

Don't get it at Best Buy unless they actually have a competitive price....
I agree with Hearts. I will add that the G5, MX518, and most other logitech mice are right-handed.... Lefties will always want a Razor. I don't think you can go wrong with these choices.
My hand is too big for the Razor's that I've used.... I can't fit it all on the mouse and my thumb or the right side of my palm drags on the pad. lol
