I run through axis spawn on fueldump and get attacked by someone who follows me. I turn around an shoot the follower, so I get banned.

Or is this something else? Is Snake Eyes about to get banned too?

You got banned (personaly by me) because of your repeated sk of which not only members and regs have complained about it, but i saw personaly...by the time you got banned you had already a warn, which i dont think was a "just messing around warn".
You are an excelent player, you dont need to sk to have your kills, so either you are just pushing the limit (sadly im not patience enough) or you just can't handle mature rules to make the game playable to other ppl, both options result on what you have got to put up with.
Our house has rules, and if you, as our guest, are not willing to follow, we are as polite as to even read the memo you asked for, sadly for you the one who decides about those memos, its me.

We have come to the consensus that a month+ is a long enough period for your ban, and that you should be treated like any other repeat offender. Your ban has been lifted.
